Kyle takes the time to break down the process and explain various approaches and available options, from a case’s onset to final resolution. Every case is different, and each client is unique. Kyle approaches each case with an eye toward creative solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Family law issues and disputes can be stressful by themselves without instigating needless conflict and mud-slinging. Kyle’s initial approach is to explore options that allow for conflict reduction, rather than creating increased animosity and issues. While some clients are best served with this cooperative uncontentious approach, Kyle is prepared to take an aggressive stance and promptly litigate issues if necessary to protect the client’s interests.

These issues may even be a main cause of the marriage or relationship breakdown and can affect a parent’s time with their children.
