ERICA KNAUF SANTOS

Erica is a family law attorney in Seattle, Washington and founder of Knauf Santos Law, PLLC. She grew up in a small town in western Pennsylvania and moved west for college after a year at John Carroll University in Ohio. Practicing since 2006, Erica received undergraduate degrees from Central Washington University in Psychology and Primate Behavior with a minor in Anthropology, and her JD from Seattle University. Her family law practice has grown from a scrappy solo practice to a Goldilocks “just the right size”, boutique firm of attorneys and staff that it has grown into today.

She has served on the board of Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest in Cle Elum, Washington, organized and directed Jane Goodall’s “Roots and Shoots” College Summit., volunteered for Pasado’s Safe Haven, and rescued displaced pets from hurricane Katrina.

Erica and her husband have been together for over 20 years and raise their four children, three sons aged 14, 9, and 6 and one daughter aged 3 in the Seattle area. In her free time, she enjoys collecting handblown glass candle holders known as Glassybaby, and traveling to Disney World and other Disney properties with her family. In her downtime, Erica loves to hang out at home, watching movies while eating popcorn and movie theatre sized candy. She wakes up to ride her Peloton most mornings and loves listening to the Reservoir Dogs soundtrack.
