Emily is a family law attorney with a unique approach to law that is both comprehensive and empathetic. A graduate from Loyola University New Orleans, they have amassed experience in family law, domestic violence issues, general civil law, and re-entry cases.

Prior to venturing into the legal space of Seattle, Emily laid a strong foundation at Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice in New Orleans. Sworn into limited practice under Louisiana Supreme Court Rule XX, Emily drafted petitions, developed case strategies, and conducted exhaustive legal research, all while navigating divorce, child custody, filiation, and name change cases. Further solidifying their expertise in family law and domestic violence, Emily interned at the Domestic Violence Unit of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services. Here, they delved deep into case research, petition drafting, and client interviews, often navigating the complex interplay between family law and domestic violence.

Her tenure in healthcare data management sharpened her skills in meticulous documentation and proofreading, invaluable for crafting precise legal documents.
