Kaitlyn Mark

Kaitlyn Mark represents clients in divorce, parenting disputes, protection orders, and other contested family law matters. Licensed in Washington and Hawaii, she has spent nearly eight years practicing family law in the two states.

Born and raised in Seattle, Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Law, Societies and Justice from the University of Washington and her J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

During law school, Kaitlyn spent a summer in Hawaii Family Court working for a senior judge. Her work included observing hearings, researching legal issues, and working in the temporary restraining order division.

Her broader litigation background includes discovery, depositions, witness testimony, case development, and legal research in civil, commercial, construction, and personal injury matters. That experience informs the way she develops family law cases where records, testimony, credibility, parenting history, and financial evidence may all matter.

Kaitlyn also serves on the advisory board of a regional children’s hospital suicide-prevention program focused on children and adolescents experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
