Caitlin Cortez is a senior attorney at Knauf Santos Law who represents clients across the full range of Washington family law matters.
She places a high priority on listening closely to each client and understanding the circumstances behind the dispute before developing a strategy. Her approach combines detailed preparation with practical problem-solving so clients can make informed decisions at each stage of the case.
Caitlin has significant experience with support issues, parenting disputes, relocation matters, and complex property division. In high-asset cases, she works carefully through real estate, business interests, retirement accounts, and other financial issues that can materially affect a client’s long-term position.
Caitlin joined Knauf Santos Law in 2020 after previously practicing family law in Hawaii.
