Dona Morgan

As Senior Paralegal, Dona Morgan is involved throughout the life of a family law case. Her work includes legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, organizing and reviewing discovery, preparing materials for settlement negotiations, and helping the legal team prepare matters for mediation and trial.

Dona has extensive experience with complex cases that require detailed investigation and careful management of financial records and other documents.

She works closely with clients and KSL attorneys to make sure discovery responses, asset information, pleadings, and trial materials are organized and complete. Her attention to detail is particularly important in cases where the record must be developed carefully before negotiations or litigation.
