Hanne Poulsen

Hanne Poulsen leads client care at Knauf Santos Law and is often one of the first people prospective and current clients interact with at the firm.

She helps coordinate communication, scheduling, inquiries, and the practical details that connect clients with the legal team. Hanne also contributes to KSL’s marketing and social-media work, helping the firm communicate clearly with the wider community.

Outside the office, Hanne is a lifelong Seattle Sounders FC fan and volunteers with a horse and pony rescue in Western Washington.
