Kyle Baines has practiced in the family law arena for more than fifteen years. His work includes divorce, modifications, relocations, enforcement matters, and complex parenting disputes.

Kyle focuses on making the legal process understandable. He takes time to explain the available paths, the likely consequences of different choices, and the practical considerations that matter from the beginning of a case through final resolution.

When a matter can be resolved without needless escalation, Kyle looks for ways to reduce conflict and preserve workable solutions. When litigation is necessary, he is prepared to take a firm position and move promptly to protect the client’s interests.

Kyle also has substantial experience with cases involving substance-use allegations, addiction, recovery, and parenting time. He understands how those issues can intersect with family law and works with clients who are taking meaningful steps toward recovery and rebuilding relationships with their children.

Outside the office, Kyle plays guitar, hikes, and spends time outdoors.
